For all initial purchases (including both the Pro Monthly subscription and the Pro Lifetime access), we offer a full, no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with RegexRef Pro within the first 14 days of your original purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
For ongoing monthly subscriptions, after the initial 14-day period has passed, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
When you cancel an active subscription, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the billing cycle. Instead, you will retain full access to all Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period.

Refunds are typically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect evidence of fraud, abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding our products), or a severe violation of our Terms of Service (such as attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit our AI features).
